The best part for rollerskiing is the 5 km between Burry Port harbour and Festival Fields/Sandy Water Park in Llanelli. It gets more crowded towards North Dock and the tarmac is poorer.
Smooth tarmac at least 4m wide. It's mainly gentle undulations with one nice hill where the path goes over the railway line.
Also used by cyclists and walkers, can be busy at Summer / Bank Holiday weekends.
Tea bar and toilets at Burry Port Harbour. Most car parks are pay & display but there is a free car park here with easy access to the path.
