The York Sport Cycle Track is on the outskirts of York and close to the A64. It is well signed posted from the A64 when coming from the South. From the A64, take the A1079 (Hull Road) towards York. After approx 500m turn left and follow signs for YorkSport just after the Park & Ride.
The track has good bus links to the City centre.
The Sports Centre is a new building, with a large car park in front.
The cycle track is about 100m to the South of the sports centre.
Main circuit is 1km.
Very smooth well maintained undulating tarmac at least 6m wide, with floodlights for night time use.
Cycle helmets must be worn at all times on the track.
A very safe and secure facility. Toilets by the track, changing, showers and café at sports centre.
Roller ski equipment is available, when course booked via Martin Roscoe
Currently rollerskiers are only allowed on during the dedicated rollerskiing sessions
Friday 7:30 to 9:00pm
Sundays 9:00 to 11:00
